Things to know before set up the company

1. The name of company in both Thai and English (I will reserve the name for you in DBD website first)
2. Name of the director (the authorized person)
3. The company capital
4. The address of registered company (according to house registration certificate).
5. Copies of ID/ Passport, address and phone number of directors and shareholders.
6. A map or direction of the company (Google map could be use).
7. The company shareholder list with share volume.
8. Logo of the company with stamp. (If you already have the stamp design you can let us know but if you don’t have any idea yet we provide the service design it for you after the name of company has been approved)
9. The objectives of company establishment. (If you don’t have any specific objective, you can use the general objectives)
10. The company e-mail and contact number.
